Our Business Areas

- throughout the transformation process

Diagnosis & Target Development

The starting point for any successful transformation: understanding what is – and where the journey should take us.

Transformation begins with clarity. In the first step, we systematically and holistically analyze your company's starting position. Our diagnoses include strategic and operational gap analyses, market and competition assessments, SWOT analyses, and qualitative stakeholder interviews. In doing so, we not only uncover weaknesses and risks, but also identify untapped potential and levers for value enhancement. A key result of this phase is the Target Operating Model (TOM): an ambitious but achievable target vision for your organization. It describes how your processes, structures, competencies, and technologies should be set up in the future to achieve strategic goals. The TOM provides orientation, a common understanding, and the basis for all further decisions in the transformation process. Our role in this phase: listening, structuring, creating clarity – and working with you to develop a target vision that inspires and mobilizes. This is not just about analysis, but about changing perspectives: we reflect, question, and promote new approaches that will put your company in a future-proof position.

Strategy & Action development

From analysis to concrete action: strategies that are effective and feasible.

Based on the target vision, we develop a strategic transformation roadmap. This includes specific areas of action, prioritized packages of measures, and milestones. We make sure that the strategy isn't created in a vacuum, but is tailored to your reality: market conditions, resources, competencies, and corporate culture. We work with you to develop impact-oriented strategies for key areas such as market positioning, business model, organization, digitalization, and leadership. Our methodical approach combines classic strategy work with agile principles. We don't think in terms of glossy slides, but in terms of actionable solutions. Together with your management team, we prioritize measures according to impact and feasibility: Where can quick wins be achieved? Which projects have strategic leverage? How can measures be meaningfully interlinked? The result is a feasible implementation plan – sustainable, coordinated, and action-oriented. We also pay attention to internal connectivity: strategies must not only be logical from the outside, but also be designed and communicated in a way that is internally connectable – so that they are supported and lived out.

Structure & Process adaptation

Creating structures that enable strategic goals – and processes that drive change.

Strategy alone is not enough – it must be supported by the organization. That is why we tailor structures and processes to be clear, efficient, and future-proof. In this phase, we design the organizational and operational structure in line with the new target vision. We analyze interfaces, responsibilities, and governance structures and realign them. We place a particular focus on digitalization and process optimization. Together, we identify automation potential, define new digital workflows, and improve critical end-to-end processes (e.g., in SCM, sales, service). We use modern control logic such as OKR, agile teams, or hybrid models to increase flexibility and results orientation. We never view structure in isolation: it is the backbone of implementation, but must always be seen in the context of leadership, communication, and skills. That is why we accompany organizational restructuring with targeted change support, training, and communication.

Financial leverage & Realisation

Transformation must pay off – we provide convincing figures.

Change is only sustainable if it is financially viable. That is why we prepare every measure economically: with robust business cases, investment plans, and financial scenarios. We analyze which measures bring which returns, when investments pay off, and how risks can be hedged. To this end, we develop ROI models, scenario comparisons (base case, stretch, worst case), and cash flow forecasts. These analyses not only provide arguments for your investment decisions, but also for communication with investors, owners, or supervisory bodies. At the same time, we examine external funding opportunities – such as those from digitization or transformation programs – and integrate them into the financing. Our financial perspective makes your transformation plannable, convincing, and strategically controllable. In addition, we strengthen your internal business expertise: We teach methods and tools to better understand financial interdependencies – for informed decisions at all levels.

Change Management

Without implementation, every strategy remains theory – we make change effective.

We understand transformation as an active process of change – not as a one-time intervention. That is why we provide consistent and professional support during implementation. We establish a transformation PMO, manage measures via central and decentralized teams, and ensure rigorous project management. Change management is not an “add-on” but an integral part of the process: we create formats for participation, train managers, communicate transparently, and support internal multipliers. This creates motivation, trust, and commitment. Our goal: change that is supported by everyone. We ensure that your organization is not only changed – but changes itself. With speed, discipline, and humanity. We bring the energy to your organization that is necessary for lasting change – and create structures in which change becomes a competence.

Monitoring & Control

Transparency creates reliability – makes success controllable.

To ensure that transformation does not proceed in a fog, we create clear structures for monitoring and control. We work with you to develop KPI cockpits, progress reports, and steering committees that provide regular feedback, highlight successes, and address deviations. Our control architecture is scalable and practical—from compact action monitors to company-wide transformation governance. Regular SteerCos, clearly defined escalation paths, and well-founded reporting ensure reliability during change. This allows you to maintain an overview at all times, intervene in a targeted manner, and guide your organization safely through change. We also promote a new control culture: away from micromanagement and toward transparent accountability – supported by understandable KPIs and regular dialogue.

Organizational development

Transformation does not end with processes – it begins with a shared sense of identity.

The most profound impact of transformation occurs when attitudes, behaviors, and collaboration evolve. That is why we also support the cultural dimension of your change: we reflect on leadership concepts, behavioral expectations, routines, and informal norms – and help to develop them in a targeted manner. Together with you, we design programs for leadership development, teamwork, and internal storytelling. We promote cross-functional learning, initiate dialogue formats, and anchor new forms of collaboration. This creates an organizational self-image that sees change not as an exception, but as a capability. And an organization that not only functions, but also inspires. We are not concerned with “feel-good programs,” but with the strategic foundation for resilience, performance, and innovative strength in a changing world.
