Strategy alone is not enough – it must be supported by the organization. That is why we tailor structures and processes to be clear, efficient, and future-proof. In this phase, we design the organizational and operational structure in line with the new target vision. We analyze interfaces, responsibilities, and governance structures and realign them.
We place a particular focus on digitalization and process optimization. Together, we identify automation potential, define new digital workflows, and improve critical end-to-end processes (e.g., in SCM, sales, service). We use modern control logic such as OKR, agile teams, or hybrid models to increase flexibility and results orientation.
We never view structure in isolation: it is the backbone of implementation, but must always be seen in the context of leadership, communication, and skills. That is why we accompany organizational restructuring with targeted change support, training, and communication.
